Kano Model Methodlogy & Google Suite Plugin
I have been working several year on develop and evolve the "atractive quality" theory of Noriaki Kano Professor, in order to adapt it to the priorization of features to design more user centric MVPs, going from Minimum Viable Products to Minimum Valuable ones.
Aditional to evangelize and training in the methodology, I wrote a paper about the details behind the therory (in phase of publication in a Chilean research ebook), you can read it here (please dont share).
In order to simplify the analsis of Kano Surveys, I created, within the colaboration of Alexis Brantes, the "Kano for CX" Google Suite Extension; that brings the final output report of a Kano Survey with the priorization of features based on the final user "dissatisfaction if not included".
