Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Roadmap Definition and Management:
- Led the definition, prioritization, and implementation of the product roadmap for a modular, plugin-based SaaS educational platform.
- Mapped the versioning of individual modules to ensure seamless integration and avoid bottlenecks or dependencies.
Functional Design and User Experience:
- Supervised and coordinated the design of functional definitions, turning them into wireframes, wireflows, and layout architectures.
- Oversaw the creation, unification, and updating of components within the design system to maintain visual and functional consistency.
Design System Management:
- Directed the design and maintenance of a tokenized Figma-based system, fully integrated with a React framework documented in StoryBook.
- Supervised and coordinated the development of custom components, leveraging the Mantine library and bespoke solutions.
Agile Integration and Tech Coordination:
- Managed the entire workflow from upstream strategy to downstream deliverables, including user stories, functional documentation, and use cases.
- Coordinated agile sprints with the tech team, aligning design, development, and QA testing objectives.
User Research and Modeling:
- Supervised and executed discovery processes, including:
- Conducting interviews with organizations, students, and educators.
- Analyzing comparative educational models.
- Mapping key stakeholders and defining user profiles (5 main user types: students, educators, instructional designers, admin staff, and superadmins).
- Developing workflows, service blueprints, user journeys, and personas.
DesignOps Management:
- Defined and optimized DesignOps workflows, covering upstream, downstream, and QA processes.
- Documented handoffs between teams to ensure an efficient and scalable workflow.
